Oral Diagnosis and Radiology
Oral Diagnosis is the first step of dental examination to detect all intraoral and extra oral problems, as well as the differences between those problems. Oral Diagnosis is of utmost importance, not only for dentistry, but also for the diagnosis of other diseases. Some of the intraoral and extra oral symptoms may be early signs of other diseases. Besides panoramic and cephalometric imaging, three-dimensional computed tomography imaging techniques are used in oral diagnosis.
