Genereal Anesthesia and Sedation
Some children and patients with communication issues such as disabled individuals may need general anesthesia during treatments. If treatments cannot be performed for these patients, greater problems may occur. Life span of the teeth may shorten and malnutrition issues may emerge. General anesthesia may be needed in case of advanced surgery. Patients with severe dental phobia also can be treated with these methods. Under general anesthesia any dental treatment can be performed.
